Construction on all four houses is progressing quickly. These homes will house nine total community members; two older gentlemen and two young families. They will be able to move into their rebuilt homes almost five years after Hurricane Ida decimated the community.

 

Homeowners are excited to see these houses go up. Neighbors and fellow Tribal members frequently remark on the rapidity that volunteers and working, and the beauty of the homes thus far!
